Innoflex: flexible, rubberlike elastomer material with different levels of stiffness. A material with a reduced carbon footprint and improved elastic performance. Shore hardness 40D (slightly softer than 45D), made from Arnitel®Eco. Arnitel®Eco is a partly bio-based Thermoplastic Copolyester Elastomer (TPC) plastic which is derived from rapeseed oil and combines the best properties of elastomers (rubbers) and polyesters.
This material is proven to have a carbon footprint up to 50% lower than comparable co-polyesters.
The material delivers excellent adhesion in the Z-direction, meaning that the printed layers don’t detach – even with extreme deformation.
Especially suitable for printing flexible parts like miniature tires, drive belts, bracelets and parts that have to be extremely flexible and have to be bent often.
We select the best raw materials available from renowned suppliers.

Tips & tricks
With some printers the Innoflex40 could give some problems, as this is a very flexible filament.
We do recommend a printer with a ‘pull’ system. A ‘push’ system probably will give problems with loading the filament.
We do recommend the following settings with our Innoflex 60:
- print temperature between 410-446°F (210-230°C)
- speed between 30-50mms
- heated bed between 32-446°F (0-140°C) + tape
- using a brim is advisable
